Are you looking for an opportunity to get in shape with your family? This #MAsummer is the perfect time to grab your family and come work out! The group workout begins at 5:00 and lasts 45 minutes, then playtime begins!

Tuesday and Wednesday sessions will be located at Mount Airy Middle School. (Sessions will take place on the far side of the football field weather permitting. If too hot or storming, please enter at the gym doors. The gym is located next to the tennis courts.)
Thursday's session will take place in Riverside Park near the soccer field. (Thursdays nights will move to the MAMS gym if storming.) 
Join us any or every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday!  All fitness equipment will be provided. Cold bottled water will be provided, but feel free to bring your own. Students may not be left without an adult present.
There is something for everyone! We will facilitate large group workouts, games for children, and more!

  • Backyard Lawn Bowling Game

In order to stay safe and follow COVID guidelines, a yoga mat and an exercise band set will be provided for individuals as supplies last.
