Tuesday and Wednesday sessions will be located at Mount Airy Middle School.
Thursday's session will take place in Riverside Park near the soccer field. (Thursdays nights will move to MAMS if storming.) For MAMS: Please enter at the gym doors. The gym is located next to the tennis courts.
The Family Fitness plan is as follows:
Tuesdays: Students in kindergarten through 5th grade will enjoy age-appropriate fitness level group activities including games, running, and walking. All fitness equipment will be provided. Cold bottled water will be provided, but feel free to bring your own. Students only need to bring their energy! We will have a family fitness night on Thursday for all ages, but parents are welcome to participate on Tuesday nights as well. Students may not be left without an adult present.
Wednesday: Students in middle and high school will participate in age-appropriate fitness level group activities along with running and walking. There will be 45 minutes of a group workout with incorporated games on some Wednesdays. Cold bottled water will be provided, but feel free to bring your own. Students under the age of 15 may not be left without an adult present.
Thursday: Family fitness night is open for children of all ages and parents! There will be a variety of games set, breakout fitness groups, and group games. The more the merrier! Join us at Riverside Park for an epic time!

In order to stay safe and follow COVID guidelines, a yoga mat and an exercise band set will be provided for individuals as supplies last.
