What is your educational background? I attended JJ Jones Elementary, Mount Airy Junior High, Mount Airy High School, and Appalachian State University where I earned my B.S. in Secondary Mathematics Education.
Where do you teach? What grade level(s) and subject area(s)? I teach 11th and 12th graders Honors Pre-Calculus and AP Calculus
How many years have you been in education? I have been in education 11 years.
What is your favorite part of the year and why? My favorite part of the year is summer! While I miss being in the classroom, I enjoy traveling and being outside! I love to hike, kayak, and explore new opportunities.
