Troubleshooting for Student iPad at Home

If you can browse the internet, but are unable to get on the Canvas App do the following:

  1. Go to Settings, Canvas App, and Turn on "Reset Cache On Next Launch"

  2. Clear out all tabs

  3. Sign back in with your school email and password

In Canvas, the observer role is for parents and guardians who wish to monitor student activity, due dates, and assignments. Observers are also able to see announcements and send messages to their child's teacher.
