Surry Community College's Spring Open House Series

SCC has four exciting events scheduled that are great opportunities for our Granite Bears to attend this month. At each event, SCC will be giving away a $250 scholarship to participants. Prospective students can meet instructors, tour labs/classrooms, and receive assistance from our Student Services staff for college application, class registration, and financial aid resources. Here's a calendar of events:

Engineering Technologies Open House
Thursday, April 11, 2019, 4 to 7 p.m.
K-Building, Dobson campus

Viticulture & Enology Open House*
Saturday, April 13, 2019, 2 to 5 p.m.
Shelton-Badgett NC Center for Viticulture and Enology, Dobson campus
*Beginning in Fall 2019, high school juniors and seniors can take classes in the Viticulture (i.e. grape growing) certificate offerings. Previously, you had to be 21 to take one of those classes; this is no longer the case.

College Transfer Open House
