Scope Of Work:
- 12 – 8.5 ton gas/electric packaged rooftop units with two stage cooling, two stage heating, and enthalpy economizer with barometric relief
- Hot gas reheat with space humidity sensor
- Supply air, return air and outside air temp sensors
- Programmable thermostats
- Control wiring compatible with entire system after phase 2 is completed
- Electrical wiring
- Gas piping
- Adapter curbs
- Permits
- Crane and rigging
- Start-up and commissioning of new system
