MAHS HOSA Results for State Competition

Congratulations to the MAHS HOSA Chapter for receiving The 2018 Gold Star Chapter Award at the State HOSA Competition last weekend. This award signifies that our chapter members exemplify an outstanding commitment to their future as a healthcare professional.

The following HOSA members had success as well:

Rebecca Billos won the NC HOSA District 7 Scholarship against numerous, well-qualified applicants.

Oshyn Bryant is a Top 10 Finalist in the Physical Therapy competition.

Tripp Gilley placed 3rd in the Nutrition Knowledge Test and qualified to compete at the International HOSA Competition in Dallas, Texas this summer.

The team of Meredith Marion, Ellie Martin, Taylor Sexton, Katelyn Truban, Anna Kate Tucker and Reece Watson were Top 10 Finalists in the Public Health event.
